PMI Two River is a full-service real estate asset management company that provides professional residential property management and realty services. We utilize state-of-the-art technology that allows our property owners to know how their investments are doing, while providing tenants real-time access to maintenance requests and billing.
Our office is locally owned and independently operated. We are part of a fast-growing and dynamic franchise that has been perfecting and changing the property management industry for nearly 20 years. The experience and trust PMI has gained worldwide truly reflects within our service offerings on a local level.
As the Owner of the firm, Drew manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations and provides hands on services from start to finish. Drew moved to Nashville from Illinois. Drew developed a passion for real estate while rehabbing and renting his personal units. He has worked in the accounting and finance departments of several large corporations.
Drew graduated from Illinois State University with Bachelor and Master Degrees of Professional Accountancy. He holds both a CPA and Real Estate license. Drew is well-equipped to help manage your investment property.
